Hi, i went last week to a T-Mobile store to change my plan, because i came abroad and i dont want to lose my phone number. Now im in Portugal, i dont have service, i cant contact no one and i cant access my T-mobile account on the website, shows me "You are not authorized to access this account". What i can do??
