The website to verify my military status is not working. I get to a point where I fill in the required info like service branch, name, and birthday (that's all that is asked for on the page) and it errors out and then shows a message to enter my discharge date. However, the page has no option to fill in any service discharge date info. Perhaps the webpage is not rendering properly. Not sure...but tech support on the phone was useless. They said wait a few days to see if it works later. Maybe because I'm running the latest Chrome browser (vers 70). Does anyone know the problem or can make suggestions? Thanks
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser?
FYI: I called Tech support. Others are having the same issue. Just to take your advice and try another browser, I tried verifying on my iPhone using the safari browser. It worked fine. So the issue is definitely the latest version of Chrome.
