After I input user name and password, click enter the page loops back to the same log in page. Note it does not mention incorrect password or user name. Perpetual loop, log-in, enter, back to same page. I used both my Email addy or phone number as log-in name.
*Note. I did try changing my password, that was recognized and I received a Email confirming my password change. I try logging in with my new password, hit enter and instead of being able to access my account the sign-in page comes back.
I have current IE 11 with all it's safety features turned off and I have Mcaffe turned off as well. My question is where is the problem logging in coming from? Thank you
I know our engineers have been working on a few issues with logging in but we haven't come across this looping issue you're describing. Have you tested another browser? I'd also like to know if you can use the app or if that's not working either.
