WIRE CARD ACCOUNT

    I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY MASTERCARD FOR 3 MONTHS AND FINALLY SIGNED UP FOR THE WIRE CARD AND CAN'T ACCESS THE CARD OR THE FUNDS. AFTER TRANSFERRING TO T-MOBILE NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE TO THE CARRIER I LEFT. I PAID ALL FEES AND EARLY TEMINATION FEES 1100 DOLLARS EXACTLY. 100 OF THE PHONE I TURNED IN WAS APPLIED TO THE T-MOBILE ACCOUNT AGAINST MY WISHES. I COULD HAVE USED THE 100 TOWARDS THE 1100 TAKEN BY SPRINT. BUT OVER THE LONG PERIOD OF TIME I WILL SEE A SAVINGS IN MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS. I CAN'T BE TOO MAD.....I SHOULD SEE A SAVINGS IN ABOUT 1 YEAR.

        We're super glad you made the move to T-Mobile. Have you tried talking to Wirecard directly yet? Their number is 1-800-522-7458. With regard to the $100, this should've been specified at the time of trade-in but most trade-in values for devices are applied to the account vs reimbursed. I'm sorry we weren't super clear about that. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
