After 12 consecutive payments, no offer of low or no down payments


    I have completed the 12 consecutive payments required by TMobile. All of my payments were on time.


    I want to purchase two iPhone XS Max phones, and trade in our two iPhone 6 Plus phones, under the no or low down, 36 month plan offered by tmobile.


    My account has not reflected any change since I achieved the 12 consecutive payments.


    It does not seem that Tmobile is vigilant is updating customers profiles after they meet their requirements for "well qualified customer status."
