t-mobile bogo card scam


    I switched to t-mobile about 4 months ago based on the buy-one-get-one offer and was told i'd receive a rebate card worth $800 in the mail in 8 weeks.  It didn't arrive.  Customer service promised to send another.  It didnt arrive.  I called again - same result.  I called again and asked for the name of the card issuer so i could get a tracking number.  The company is called Wirecard.  I called them - there is no tracking number.  They send it regular postage, but it takes 7-10 days.  Why would a letter take 7-10 days?  They don't know.  They promised to send another. 


    But of course, tmobile expects me to pay their bill on time.
