Having the same issues in Vancouver. Seems to have started within the last week.
On Thursday afternoon, one of my IPhones started to pick up the LTE again without any rebooting. Then two hours later, my 2nd iphone received LTE after reboot.
Obviously, when I called Tmobile, this is not a known issue. Regardless, it is working the way it is suppose to.
Also, notice that when using WIFI calling in Canada, it now displays T-mobile as the carrier (and not any Canadian towers/carriers). I assume that Tmobile is expanding its network, so this whole no LTE thing was part of growing pain.
