No data while traveling internationally

    I have called T-M into service 3 times. Still waiting for a call back, over 24 hours.  Been through all the basic troubleshooting steps and still waiting for engineering to get back to me.  I have been without data for a week while in Malawi, Africa.  Does anyone have any ideas?  I hope TM treats their consumer side better than their business clients.
