Ah, that's no good but we wanna help you make sure you're service works and you're able to access your account. When was the last time you tried to get into your account? Do you get any error messages when you try to log in or are you not able to get that far?

I am having the same issue. I waited on hold for 4 hours, finally got my account changed from post-paid to pre-paid, was IMMEDIATELY cut off from my phone. Now I can't log in to the T-mobile account that I HAD SET UP. I CANNOT get my phone to connect to the t-mobile network at all.
Essentially I don't now exist on the t-mobile network at all. HOW DO YOU SWITCH FROM POST to PRE-PAID IF YOU CUT US OFF FROM ACCESSING THE NETWORK???
