Post-paid to Pre-paid setting up My-Tmobile Account


    switched from post-paid to prepaid( they said they would send in a request, because I kept having my calls drop) and now I do not know if my account has been set. I also cannot get into my post-paid account or pre-paid account( if it has been setup). And it keeps saying they will send a code to my number to verify, but I didnt get the text. And when I do get a text it's the same one and keeps telling me its expired code.
