For the past few months, my account just wont load online. I have refreshed the page, and tried to access it in different times of the day over WiFi and cellul. It didn’t work. I also tried it on the app. In the app, all the icons are greyed out and unnacessable. I have also tried removine the app and installing the updates and it still doesn’t work. I think the problem is on T Mobiles end. Should I file a support ticket.
