"Trouble processing the payment card. Do not try again."


    When I was trying to add balance to my prepaid account, the following error showed up after every attempt of payment:

    • Sorry, we are having trouble processing the payment card you provided. Do not try again. Please provide a different payment method. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience. T-Mobile Customer Service

    I use my credit card everyday and it cannot not be the card's problem. Could anyone help? Thanks!
