it's been 72 hours of a new account. why can't I manage my account?


    I am a new customer. why is it 72 hours to wait for my account to be setup? it shouldn't take this long. also, I still can't use the app to manage my account. this is not a good start of a company to keep customers! accounts shouldn't take this long and an app. should just work!


    the only thing I like is the friendly staff and full bars in my city. other then that. I am discouraged to go elsewhere if this does not get fixed.
