We want to do our best to keep you connected after losing your phone. Assurant is a third-party company and we do not have access to your insurance claim or the handling of it. At this point, the best piece of advice that we can offer is to remain in contact with Assurant. If there was a way for us to speed up the process on our end, we would definitely do that. I'm truly sorry that I don't have a better answer for you.
the issue is completing for form. It keeps telling me all lines must be completed and they are.....will not let me go forward
