I recently switched from ATT to T-Mobile. I’m using an iPhone 7 plus. For 3-4 days since switching I have been unable to use WIFI calling. Even with it being enabled on this device it does not work. I have been bounced between Apple and T-Mobile with no resolution. Where I work has little to no cell service. Can anyone help before I have to go back to ATT?
We certainly don't want you to switch back so we'll do what we can to help. Are you getting any error messages when you try to connect? Does the web work when you're connect to the Wi-fi? I'd also suggest connecting to another Wi-Fi network to see if you're able to use the service.
