Have been trying to set-up Auto-Pay. First, after many attempts through the PC-based "sign-up," I get in-only to have unreadable T-Mobile response pages flash by on the screen without stopping . Then, when I was finally able to get in through another entry point in T-Mobile's website, it will not accept my valid, 16-digit credit card number that I entered, saying it is an "invalid number." Please note, the invalid msg came up before I was even able to hit the 'continue key.' ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Hey there! Sorry to hear you are having trouble setting up your auto pay Are you able to try another card just to see if it is an issue with the first card? If multiple cards do not work, we will need to get a support request open with our care teams and you would need to call us to do that.
