[Need Help] T-Mobile App doesn’t work properly


    Okay - so I downloaded my T-Mobile app a while ago, but after the update it doesn’t work properly anymore. my phone is an iPhone X with ios 12. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it but it just won’t work. The tool bar on the bottom is grey and basically you can’t do anything with it. The contacting buttons on top right corner don‘t work either. Does anyone have the same problem? How can I fix it?

    P. s. I went out of states last summer and I switched  plan to pay as you go for a couple of months, the app shows blank when I don’t have data on. Now I switched it back, so I can check my data usage from home page, but the bottom toolbar is still grey and useless.
