Sorry to hear you are having issues getting into your online account. I think something got stuck after you converted to prepaid and we would need to open up a service ticket for this. If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can use the links in my signature to message our T-Force folks. They will be able to access your account and get the process started for you.

I'm having the same difficulty. Twitter support and phone support have been unable to resolve the issue and it's going on three days.

I've had three trouble tickets filed since last Monday. I haven't heard back on any of them.

Oh wow, typically we only need one support request per issue. When was the last one filed and what did T-Force say the status was for it?

they said it may take 5-10 days to solve this issue. the Twitter guy said he/she will follow up with me next Tuesday. Until now, the problem is still there. Since I am on a prepaid plan for the first month, I was thinking if the issue can't be solve, I can just close the service and open a new line with a new email next month.

Have you heard anything back on the ticket that was filed? Also, do you mind posting a screenshot of the exact error? Lastly, which prepaid plan are you on? There are a few prepaid plans that have been getting this error when trying to access their MyT-Mobile account.

I just find something interesting. I am on the prepaid plan for roughly two weeks. I briefly estimated that I've used 3 giga data. I just called 611 and asked "data usage", and the system told me that I am on a unlimited plan with 10 giga high speed data (this is exactly my plan), and I have used ZERO. I guess there must be something wrong with the system.

Hmm that is a bit odd. We need to get your online account sorted out. When did you last hear from T-Force and what did they say?

I actually just did a bit more digging on this. We were seeing this exact issue pretty widespread and deployed a fix that corrected it for about 90% of the folks that were experiencing this. Our engineers are currently still working on getting it back to 100%. We greatly appreciate your patience in all of this.
