Can't view the bill online, can't view the bill on app

    Hi, this has been going on for more than a month. When I tried to view my bill online, it just took me to this page, and I am thinking I've been hanging tight for long enough! Can someone check what's going on here? I need to download my bills, or I want to change my bill delivery to by mail!

     

    Also, when I use the mobile app (iPhone 7 on iOS 12), the app is simply not usable as none of the links can go anywhere. They are either all greyed out (bottom row), or leading to an empty page.
