Online bill pay and support chat broken on Chrome?


    I haven't been able to add money to my account online for... months. It'll pull up the credit card/bank account refill page, back out, and say "Sorry, due to extremely high demand, [something something]..."


    The chat window that's supposed to pop up for contacting customer support simply says "Your session has expired. Please close this window and start a new conversation in order to resume." I have adblock turned off.


    I assume this is the reason for the 2-hour+ phone wait times.


    But what's the deal? Is everyone experiencing this?
