Business account over charged. hours spent with customer service. no resolution in sight. any ideas?

    Hey Folks,

     

    I am a small business user and since July, i have been over charged by 3500 usd (normal bill 220-250 usd per month). i have called customer care 4-5 times, spent a couple of hours each time and they all acknowledged the error on their side and promised that i will get a call with the full resolution in 48-72 hours. Neither have i received the call anytime, nor have the issue resolved while the charges keep increasing with more usage. It is so frustrating and i feel i am hitting a wall. any ideas?
