Hey there! I'm so sorry that you're having such a hard time. That certainly is a lot of money to be overcharged! Do you know for what you were being charged? When you say that your charges are increasing with more usage, this is confusing to me- unless you are using the service internationally and are being billed for calls made while overseas. Is this the case?
