my phone broke and i'm trying to log into my account to see if i have insurance plan on it, but when i try to log into my account its telling me that i need a pin number to log in and the only way to get a pin number is by text message.
A pin can be sent to the billing email on the account
Also, a short cut would be get to a store and bring an ID, they'll reset the pin and all...
can you send me my pin number ? or if I don't have one, tell me how to get one.
