Paying for Incoming Calls


    I've been a T-Mobile customer since 1998 in Germany.  The way it worked there was vastly superior to the US version.  PrePaid accounts did not pay for incoming calls at all.  In the States - I must pay for ridiculous robo-calls and a myriad of auto warranty telemarketers.  This is not only bothersome, it can become expensive if my number is misused or abused by a 3rd party.  Privacy is also an issue.


    There should be a way to BLOCK unwanted prefixes and known scammers posted online.  The technology is there - T-Mobile can get ahead of the curve and eliminate the wrongful calls charged to ANY account.
