I recently encountered a HUGE problem with my tmobile service. Just two days ago tmobile recieved a call from someone, not myself, requesting to port my number out apparently to another phone. They then gained access to my phone line and then got access to all my other information including my email accounts and bank account in which they then transfered money out of my accounts and left nothing. I would like to know if this happens frequently? Has this happened to anybody else? Can i get a recording of the “phone call” that was made when these people gained access to all of my personal business? After about an hour of being on the phone with tmobile they finally gave me back access to my phone line after being without service most of the day.
