    Is there an outage in Zip 83611? we have not had service for over 3 hours.

        Hey there!

         

        Welcome to our Support Community! From checking out the area in ID, I see that there are a few tower issues that started a little bit over three hours ago which matches up with what you're talking about. Our engineers have been working hard to get the bottom of the issue, but we currently don't have a time of when service should be restored. In the meantime, if you have WiFi available, we highly recommend using it until signal has returned.

            Is there any new information or an ETA on restoration of service. We do not have WiFi at this time.

                Good morning, Grace!

                 

                I checked the area again and our technicians were out there working pretty late and are back at it again this AM. From what I can see, three towers are still not functioning properly. I'm sorry this is taking a bit of time, but please know we're working as fast as possible to get signal restored.
