Why was my iPhone XS Max order cancelled without an explanation?


    I upgraded my phone with the jump program and after a long (and unexplained) delayed, the device was cancelled just one day before it was supposed to ship. What happened? I did not ask for that order to be cancelled. I already had to deal with a really rude agent over the phone because this order was not shipped when promised in the first place, and now I really don’t want to  to deal with the worst customer service team I‘ve ever been in the phone with.
