Short story; signed up for T-Mobile (coming from Sprint since 2008) with a Note9 512GB. Placed order on morning of September 28th;
-Have not been able (via myself or in store) to get a tracking number for my phone order.
-Is this normal? Has anyone gotten their phone before even getting a tracking number?
The longer I'm still using my old phone, the more I'm going to have to pay, and I'm signed up for a new plan/phone that I can't even use. Kind of making my new transition a bit uneasy.
Hey there! Sorry to hear your start with us has been rocky! I know that in some of my past personal orders, if I did an overnight shipping, I would sometimes get the phone before any kind of tracking info was sent to me. If this was a brand new order, I would recommend that you call us so our care teams can search for the order.
