There does appear to be a bit of a dead spot there. Are you using a phone with band-12?

The XS series of phones is getting somewhat mixed reviews wrt reception. Your experience might be different with another phone. However, having dropped a rather huge chunk of change for the phone, it might be more efficient to change carriers instead of phones.

Hey, magenta6323548!
We have one tower that's currently being upgraded, but it's closer to the 96001 area. What type of phone are you using?

Thanks for doing that magenta6323548 The XS should be able to take advantage of all our frequencies so you will be able to benefit from any upgrades we do.
