Why isn't it easier to provide feedback to T-Mobile


    I had a terrible experience today, I didn't want to post about it publicly, I just wanted to express my problem to the company.


    I'm not looking to have my issue resolved, I just want to let T-Mobile know what I think.


    The amount of trouble I had finding any place where i could post a note that wasn't on some social media or snail mail kind of exacerbates my feelings though. It baffles me that there's a snail mail address for comments, but not an email address. To me this says that the company isn't interested in customer feedback that they can't attach to some representative who can sell me something or feed me some bullcrap.


    I haven't had experiences bad enough to contact companies often, but it's never been this hard for me to just send an email or electronic letter to the corporate.
