    Hi,

     

    I am a pre-paid phone user.

    Every time I logged in my account, below [message] showed up.

    So, as instructed, I dialed 611 from my T-Mobile phone.

    T-Mobile customer center told me that they deleted my account information so that I can sign up for a new account again, but that did not work.

    I tried this five times, but T-Mobile just repeatedly told me to try again.

     

    If you know how to fix this issue, please let me know.

        I am so sorry to hear you are having so many issues getting logged into your account I think we might need to dive a bit deeper than simply resetting your online account. If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, I would recommend that you use the links in my signature to message our T-Force team so we can get a web support ticket opened for this.
