Costumer service conduct

    My contract ends today and I do not know what will happen and how much I will be charged from now on. I want to cancel it to avoid charges but I am trying to conduct costumer services 4 hours now but I get no reply. I tried facebook, phone call but none is replying me. I tried to log in into mytmobile account but the system cannot accept my phone number. I put correctly my phone number but I get an error saying that I must put a correct 10 digit phone number. Anyone here who speaks english and know how to reach someone from T-mobile, or how much I will be charged now? Will my contract automatically be renewed?
