A few months back I forgot my password and also my PIN number. I really didn't need the phone, so i was able to do without it (I kept trying, but it was hard due to being lockout after 3 tries). I tried refilling my account by calling 611 and paying by credit card, but i still had no service.
It was the 30 plan from walmart. I read on some other threads that there's a 120 day period to pay ( i assume that my refill was over that limit). I was able to recover my password thanks to a representative, but my phone was now under a pay as you go plan.
My question is if there is a way to recover my original plan? If not can i get a refund for the refill that didn't renew my original plan?
We not only need to find out where your refill payment went (if your phone is not showing service) but also see about getting you back on the $30 Walmart plan. Your best bet would be to contact Customer Care using a method found here: Contact Us or work with T-Force via Facebook/Twitter.
