Let's figure out what's going on! I have a few questions for you:
- Did you port your number over to T-Mobile within the past 90 days?
- Is it only that one specific Verizon number that you can't receive texts from?
- Do you know if that Verizon user receives an error message on their end?
- Have you tried deleting all message threads from your inbox yet? If not, I'd definitely recommend doing that.
- Are you able to make/receive calls to the Verizon user?
The problem was solved by getting a new SIM card from T-Mobile. Now
everything works including my voicemail which hasn't worked in over a year
