I think you need a regular acct. I don't think pre-paid users get intl. roaming, but I could be wrong. If you can get a wifi connection - call CS at +1505-341-7956 and see if you do have intl. roaming.
So, the pay as you go legacy plans do have the ability to roam internationally but we may need to check your account to see if it is enabled. We do have roaming in El Salvador so your phone should be able to pick up the roaming network but you would need to have additional funds on your account to call and text. Data roaming is not available for prepaid accounts.
If calling is not an option, you can use the Facebook or Twitter links in my signature to message our T-Force teams as they will be able to pull up your account and ensure everything is set up properly.
