Hey there! So Caller ID is a free service, Name ID on the other hand (where it shows their name if they are not a contact in your address book) is an additional feature. This feature is $4 stand-alone but it does come with our One Plus feature at no additional cost if you have it on your account.
The "No caller ID" usually happens when the caller is blocking their number and the "Scam Likely" is happening most likely because you have our free Scam ID service enabled.
You can find out more about our call protection services here.
I am also getting ton of spoofed caller ID's, most of which do not show Scam Likely although I have that activated. I am really tired of it. I have a suggestion for an interim fix until this can be fixed properly using something like You Can Call but You Can't Hide: Detecting Caller ID Spoofing Attacks - IEEE Conference Publication . I suggest that T-mobile does an automated check of the caller number against the caller ID. If there is a mismatch AND if the user has selected this detection, it automatically runs the call to voicemail. If the caller leaves no voicemail, the user is not even notified and is not disturbed by the call. Personally, I would love this. It would be a unique service that T-mobile could have vs. the competition.
