Help, called in and was reassured no restoral fees

    Hello,

     

    I called almost 2 weeks ago and told the agent that I had a payment arrangement and by 1am it said I didn't have sufficient funds for payments. I forgot that I had a new debit card, I lost my old one that was set up on payment arrangement. I immediately paid my payment and added the new card.

     

    The next morning I called TMobile to explain to them about the card change and the agent advised that it was okay, The payment went through and it did not show any fees on her end.

     

    Now today I see a lot of restoral fees.

     

    Please help.
