Hello there! I'm sorry you're having some issues with your new line. What happens when you try to make a call? Does it direct you to customer care? If so, the SIM card needs to be activated. This can be done over the phone through care, using the Message Us link on this page, or reaching out to T-Force via Facebook or Twitter.
