Unable to view security cameras via cellular...

    I currently have a Lorex (FLIR) home security camera system. Up until two months ago, we were on the Verizon network, we swapped over to T-Mobile and up until two days ago we had no problem viewing the live camera views... For some reason, now it will not load them unless I am on the same network as the cameras (aka while at home...).

     

    Couple things I've tried is contacting Lorex Technical Support, they stated that it's a port issue within my router...after opening some ports it didn't fix the issue. I did some Googling and found out that other T-Mobile customers were having similar issues with various security systems. To determine if it is a Carrier issue vs a home network issue, I downloaded the Lorex Secure iOS application on a friends iPhone, I logged into the cameras no problem and viewed them from her Sprint Network phone...

     

    What can I do? What gives TMobile....

     

    I want to stay with you guys but my security cameras are really important to me...
