Hey there! So sorry to hear of your troubles! Did you get your phone from T-Mobile? Or did you recently suspend the line for any reason? You may want to check your IMEI for blocks. You can find it at settings>general>about. If everything checks out, you might want to peek at your APN settings (again, if a non T-Mobile phone) ga make sure it lines up withBYOD T-Mobile data & APN . This is found through settings>mobile networks>access point names.
Now, if this is a T-Mobile device, reaching out to care may be your best bet to have them refresh your signal. They will know it as "cancelling location". You can get them by calling 1-800-937-8997, using the Message Us link on this page, or contacting T-Force via Facebook or Twitter.
Hope this helps! Good luck!
Could even be the SIM card if no calling or texting either .
Just checking in here to see how things are going. Did you find out if your phone had any blocks or was your SIM card bad?
