I pre-ordered 2 note 9 in a T-mobile store and was able to get the promo program for 2 of my S7 Edge in the value of $500 each. However, I never get the shipping label nor instructions on how and where to ship both of my devices when I was in the T-mobile store. So in order to avoid possible $20.00 service charge by going into the T-mobile store again, I used online chat function on T-mobile website and Charlette was able to resolve my issue very quickly by sending the return label to my email (Thanks Charlette!!).
