I understand that you would like to see if you've started paid subscriptions on your device.
If you mean to ask if you paid for any apps, that should have been shown at the time you actually downloaded the application. Please check your email for the purchase receipt, or your credit card statement.
Since you didn't specify what device you have with you, I'm going to assume its either an iOS device with iTunes or App Store (iPhone, iPad, etc.), or an Android device with Google Play Store (Samsung, LG, Alcatel, HTC, etc.)
