Support executives dont bother to close an issue, evenif customer requested for help several times.


    T-Mobile gave me an offer, which was add one line in family plan and buy a Apple phone and 2nd phone will be free with trade-in old phone. I opted that offer and paid the initial down payment.

    After several follow-up, I didnt get any positive response from "team of experts". Its more than a week now. Each time, I was told, customer executive team will call you back after receiving the case and will give me a resolution, which never happened..


    Feeling frustrated now.
