UNABLE TO DETERMINE STASH BALANCE & INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST

    How Do I Determine Data Stash Balance?

     

    TMobil rep could not provide the data stash balance for each of the 3 lines on my account. After repeated attempts, she continued to confuse remaining data balance for the billing period with stash balance.

     

    To make matters worse, TMobil does not provide the consumer the ability to review data usage going back more than 3 months.

     

    My stash data balance has evaporated and the only way to find out where it has gone is to contact TMobil customer service. However, customer service is unable to differentiate between stash data and remaining data balance.

     

    Just spent the last 45 minutes with Joe (female customer service rep) in the Philippines location. MY ADVISE....DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SEEK ANY ASSISTANCE FROM THESE REPS! None is ever forthcoming. In my almost 4 years with TMobil, I've never received any assistance from them.
