Call Center - down.  My T-mobile - down. Does anyone know of an email address for customer service?


    I'm a guy that writes appreciation letters not complaints unless things are real bad, so I will spare everyone the tirade in my head and just ask if anyone may know of an email address that could connect me with an actual employee?


    I've always spoken highly of T-mobile and right up through the security breech you had my loyalty and support.  You changed so much T-mobile, I don't know if we can salvage the relationship at this point.  If we're honest with ourselves then we must face the facts that it's not me, it's totally you.     


    Anyone else thinking about switching to a diffrent carrier?
