Unlock Support - Made multiple requests but nothing worked


    Hi ,i have taken tmobile with a device(Samsung Galaxy G3 Primr) by paying 3 months($160) of my monthly bill and used tmobile sim for 3 months and moved that number to ATT without unlocking my device.


    Now i want to use my device (Samsung J3Prime) internationally, Currently i am tmobile customer with number(8482479606).

    Question: I have the invoice that i am eligible for unlocking my device , why tmobile is not understanding this? and makking me to call for hours and they tell wait for 48 hours --i waited 48 days nothing happened.


    Question2 : i went to store with my invoice , they asked me to call customer care, let me know if you need my IMEI.
