My four SIM cards I ordered to start my T-Mobile account were taken from my front porch after UPS delivered them on 7/25/18. Now someone has activated four numbers with these SIM cards and I have received the bill for $120. I didn't have a T-Mobile number so I was unable to set up an online account so I have no PIN. I want to remove my name from these cards/numbers, but the customer service won't take any action without a PIN! They just say come into a store. I am no where near a store! I tried to reply to the T-Mobile Order Confirmation email but it isn't a good email address. HELP!
Oh my goodness! This is terrible! If you feel that there has been an account opened up fraudulently in your name, we can definitely look into this for you.
