Earlier, I went to store on 980 Dorchester Ave, Boston MA to purchase a new phone. I asked an Employee named Vinh for assistance. When I asked him questions about payments, he did not help us and made me wait. After this exchange, he simply ignored me for 30 minutes to an houre by walking around the store doing nothing, greeting and conversing with other customers, and doing whatever he can to avoid me on purpose. After I tried to ask for assistance again, he started yelling at me in front of the whole store, and when I yelled back he told me to leave the store for causing a commotion. This was possibly the worst customer service that I have ever experienced as I did nothing to provoke him and simply asked a simple question that he brushed off. Such rude and inappropriate behavior should not be tolerated anywhere.
