Hey there, sorry your phone is giving you a hard time. How long have you had the phone? Do you have insurance and is there any damage (cracked screen, missing pieces, dings, moisture damage, etc) to the device?
Do you already have a replacement phone headed your way? If not and there is zero physical or liquid damage, you may be looking at a warranty replacement. If the device is lost/stolen/damaged, you're likely looking to file an insurance claim.

Thanks folks, the USB port broke from the mb in the phone.
I have the replacement phone. Only problem was couldn't get a lot of my old files off the phone due to how low the battery was.
I'm up and running on the new phone.... thanks for the replies
