T-Mobile won't unlock my phone....


    We paid cash for an Apple i-phone 6s about a year ago from T-mobile.  I recently had to switch carriers so my son, who is going to college, will have coverage.


    I have contacted T-mobile of 4 different occasions, have a zero balance, and T-mobile still won't "cut the provrbial cord." I have two seperate unlock request codes from agents Pearl and Madchauna (both of whom were super nice.)  Both confirmed my ZERO balance, so what's a customer supposed to do?
