Frustrated new customer


    I got a new prepaid connection 4 days back and initiated the porting request on the store. Store Rep said porting will be complete in 24 hours.

    Every day i am calling the customer support and porting is still pending. It is really frustrating when every time the customer support guys say one more 24 hours.

    I stepped into a T mobile store near my work area, they are asking to check with the store where i got the new connection. Really pissed off by the customer support.
