I can only see my bills online back to Jan 19 2017. Even the account history (that gives me the option of viewing documents for past 24 months) shows bills only upto Aug 2017.
How can I get my bills for May 2016 to Jan 2017?
I contacted customer care and they were unable to find my bills online, the same as me.
We can look into doing a bill reprint for you directly from our account system for these older bills since it is by design that you can only view up to 18 months in the past online. Our care teams would be the folks you want to speak with to get these reprints done.
